I purchased the bento wich consists the following items, korea bulgogi, japchae, sticky rice and dumpling, the portions were fine with me. I notice the bulgogi was salty, the japchae was bland with no flavor and the dumpling was small.
Chicken is decent but the portion sizes are so small for the price you pay that its not worth. The images of the food are so different from what you actually get that it makes you think you ordered from the wrong place. Service was good and fast but at $15 the amount of salad and protein you get is not it.
I didn't even get to taste the food. I went here stood at the counter and no one came to help. We stood here for a while. Right when I figured they were closed someone peeped over the counter. And then continued ignoring us. I left and went to 5 guys. Everyone that I watched stop by their counter was ignored. You can't get business of you don't have someone ready to take your orders and completely ignoring potential customers.
Worst absolute service from the Spanish speaking girl behind the counter with the long curly hair. Here on 10/11/2025 @ 3:41pm and her attitude was absolutely horrific. As if she would rather we leave than be bothered to even service my wife and daughter. Rarely do I post bad reviews check my profile if you don’t believe. But this person deserves to know what’s it’s like to be on the other side. I will contact the owners and I’m certain this isn’t the first time it’s happened. I love this mall and its food court. But from now on everyone avoid this place it’s not worth it for a single (Kate C.)moment that’s shes working here on weekends. The picture also represents what they say they offer but what’s actually being served. The old bait and switch. I returned to ask for my tomatoes. But decided to only ask for extra spicy mayo dressing and that’s when she unloaded all this attitude. I wouldn’t return here if she was gone and they paid me to eat here. 🤮
Great food, specially the korean chicken bites and noodle! and really friendly owner. Everything was fresh and well-made. You can tell they care about what they do. I’ll definitely be back.
Since this is at the Tyson food court, you are definitely not getting the most amazing “atmosphere”or top tier chicken but it’s yummy for a quick bite if you’re hungry while shopping. My friend and I got a large in the garlic soy flavor and it was ok! I would say the chicken is a little dry and not super crispy but the flavoring and everything was on point. I actually liked the chicken and the serving size was decent. It also came with a side of radish.
If you're looking for a well-balanced hearty meal, this is not the place to go. But for a restaurant inside of a food court. It's not half-decent. Their fried chicken is good; however, their portion sizes for the price could be improved. I thought the staff were kind and the location decent, but mall food court food isn't expected to be the best.
I was surprised and happy to see a Korean food stand in the food court! However look at the poor amount of bulgogi for a bulgogi bowl of $14.99… the second layer was thick and full of lettuce (since when we have lettuce in bibimbap?) and the remaining half bowl is rice. basically I had a rice salad with some beef sprinkles.
